By registering data on our platform or applying for commercial broadband links, you understand and promise:
Subscribers are bound to clear recurring bandwidth package bills in advance of the monthly billing cycle. Failure to balance invoices within the specified grace period will yield automated temporary lines suspensions.
Optical Network Terminal (ONT) routers or media converters placed at customer houses by NET Sathi remain properties of the company, unless entirely bought under separate commercial agreements. Upon complete link termination, clients must return all physical gear in functional shape.
NET Sathi will not be liable for functional data drops, business revenue reductions, or temporary outages stemming from external link cuts caused by road expansions or unexpected climatic failures.
